Polaris

Polaris is situated inside the Hotel Ritz Plaza at 45 Amritsar Kutchery. We are right on The Mall, which is one of the busiest and most well-known streets in Amritsar. Being in the 143001 area means there is always something happening right outside our windows. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We are not a standalone shop; we are tucked into the hotel building. This makes it convenient for the guests staying there, but we also get a lot of people walking in from the street. The Mall is usually full of cars and people, so it can get pretty loud during the day. We do not have any fancy mission statements or big goals written on the walls. We just come in every morning, get the kitchen ready, and start serving whoever comes through the door. It is a practical setup for us. The interior is simple and we do not spend much time on decorations or flashy lights. We just want to make sure there is a place for people to sit down and have a meal while they are out in the city. If you are near the Ritz Plaza or the Kutchery area, you will find us easily. It is just a regular Amritsar spot where we do our daily work without any unnecessary fuss or complicated rules.
