Moti Mahal Deluxe Restaurant

We are located at the Golden Tulip on GT Road in the Model Town area of Amritsar. It is a pretty busy part of the city and being on the main road means there is always something going on outside. We open the doors every morning and start by checking the kitchen supplies and making sure the seating area is ready for the day. Our address is 143002 and people usually find us easily because the Golden Tulip is a well-known landmark around here. The restaurant isn't about anything complicated. We just focus on the daily routine of preparing the menu and serving the people who come in. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded during the weekends when families are out in Model Town, but we just do our best to keep things moving. The staff here has been together for a bit so we know how to work around each other in the small kitchen space. It can get hot in the summers, especially with the tandoors going, but that is just part of the job. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. It is just about being a local spot on GT Road where you can get a meal. We spend most of our time cleaning, cooking, and making sure the bills are paid. It is a simple life running a restaurant in a city like Amritsar. We just hope the fans are working and the food is ready on time. We also have to keep an eye on the parking out front.
