MC GRILL

We are over at Shop 62 in the Kabir Park Market. It's right across from Guru Nanak Dev University here in Amritsar. Being so close to the campus means we see a lot of students every day. It gets pretty busy around noon and then again in the evening when classes let out. We’ve been here for a bit now, just doing our thing. The shop isn't huge, but it works for what we need. Most people know us because they pass by on their way to the university gates. We try to keep things moving fast since everyone is usually in a rush to get somewhere. It’s a lively spot to be in. You get all the market noise and people walking back and forth. We just handle the grill and make sure the food goes out. Nothing fancy about the setup. We have some tables where you can sit, but a lot of people just grab something and keep walking. It’s just us running the place day in and day out. Amritsar has a lot of food spots, and we’re just one of those local places you find in the middle of a busy market. Sometimes it’s hot, sometimes the rain makes things messy, but we stay open. If you’re around Kabir Park or heading to the university, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s a straightforward business and we like being part of this neighborhood.
