Masala 910 is right on Circular Road in Amritsar. We're pretty close to Trillium Mall, which brings a lot of people through Basant Avenue. Being at number 660, we see plenty of traffic every day. The restaurant is a place where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s mostly about the spices and getting the heat right. Amritsar has a lot of food options, so we just focus on our own pots and pans. It gets loud in here when the evening rush starts. We don't have a massive menu, just the things we are good at making. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting around and it gets a bit crowded by the door. We try to keep things moving. My brother and I handle a lot of the daily stuff ourselves. You'll find us here from morning until we lock up late at night. The neighborhood around Basant Avenue is nice, and we've made friends with the other shop owners nearby. If you need a meal that isn't too complicated, we are here. It's just a regular kitchen, nothing like those big chain places. We fix the chairs when they break and paint the walls when they look dull. It's a local spot for local people. We hope the food tastes like home to those who stop by. It’s a lot of work, but we are used to it by now. There is always someone coming in for a chat or a quick bite.
