Mahal Z Reataurant

We are located right at Plot Number 1 on Sultanwind Road here in Amritsar Cantt. This area stays pretty busy all day with people coming and going from Karnail Singh Colony. It is easy to find us because we are right opposite the property road and close to the Punjab National Bank. The restaurant isn't fancy, just a regular place where we cook every day. We started this because there weren't many places around here to sit down and eat a proper meal without going all the way into the main city. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but inside we just focus on the stoves and getting the food out on time. The menu is mostly stuff we know people like, nothing too complicated. We spend a lot of time cleaning the tables and making sure the kitchen is ready for the next rush. Some days it is just a few locals, and other days we get groups coming from the nearby offices. We don't have a big team, just enough people to keep things moving. The building has been here for a while, and we try to keep it looking okay even though the walls need a bit of paint sometimes. We mostly just stick to what we know, which is making sure the plates are full and the tea is hot. It is hard work being on your feet all day, but that is just how it is in this business.
