Lucky Vaishno Bhojan

We are located at Bahari Hathi Gate in Amritsar, which is a busy area with lots of people moving around all day. The shop is at the 143001 address and has been part of this neighborhood for quite a few years. We don't have any big signs or fancy decorations outside. Inside, there are just some basic tables and chairs for people to sit down. We start our day very early in the morning by cleaning the floors and getting the kitchen ready. The kitchen is small and gets very hot when the stoves are all going at once. We get a lot of locals who live nearby and also some people who are just visiting the gate area. Most of our work is just prepping vegetables and making sure we have enough plates for the lunch crowd. It gets very noisy in the middle of the day because of the traffic outside and the people talking inside. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, do our work, and go home at the end of the shift. The walls are a bit plain and the lighting is just standard bulbs. Sometimes we have to fix a leaky tap or a wobbly chair, but that is just part of running a small place like this. We just keep things moving and try to make sure there is enough food for whoever walks in the door today.
