La Roma Pizzeria

We have been running this pizza shop at Sco Number 6 in the B Block of the District Shopping Complex for a good while now. Amritsar Cantt is a busy area, and being right in the shopping complex means there is always something going on around us. We spend a lot of our time in the kitchen area, getting the dough ready and making sure the ovens are at the right temperature for the day's work. It isn't a fancy setup, just a regular place where people can come in and grab a bite while they are out doing their shopping. We see many of the same people from the local neighborhood coming in every week. Our staff is just a few local guys who know the routine well. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. We just focus on the daily tasks like cleaning the counters and checking our supplies. Sometimes the market gets very crowded, especially on the weekends, and we have to work a bit harder to keep up with everyone. The address is easy to find if you know the B Block area. We chose this spot because it's central for the people living in Amritsar Cantt. It is a simple life, mostly just about keeping the kitchen running and making sure we are ready when the doors open. We don't do much in terms of advertising; we just rely on being here in the complex.
