Jamba Restaurant sits right on National Highway-1 in Rayya, which is on the way to Amritsar. If you are driving on the GT Road, we are directly opposite the main stretch there. Our location in the 143112 area makes us a common stop for people traveling between cities. It’s a typical highway restaurant. We have plenty of space for people to park their cars and take a break from the road. The building is simple and we focus mostly on getting food out to people quickly so they can get back to their journey. We serve the kind of meals you’d expect in Punjab—filling and hot. The kitchen staff starts early in the morning to get everything ready for the breakfast crowd. It’s a busy life being on the highway. We get truckers, families on vacation, and locals from Rayya too. The dining area is large with sturdy tables that can handle a lot of use. We don't have any fancy decorations or soft lighting. It’s bright and practical here. We spend our time making sure the food is fresh and the bathrooms are clean for the travelers. It’s a straightforward operation. We’ve been here for years, watching the traffic go by on National Highway-1. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do every single day. There isn't much more to it than serving food to people on the move and keeping the place running.
