Ranjeet Avenue is a spot where a lot of people in Amritsar end up eventually. We’ve got our place at SCO 120 in the District Shopping Complex. It’s Block B, so it’s easy enough to find if you know the area. We’ve been around for a bit, serving whoever walks through the door. It’s a mix of students, families, and people finishing up their shopping. We don’t have a fancy speech about what we do. We just open up in the morning, clean the floors, and start the kitchen. It’s a simple setup. We’ve got some tables and chairs, some music playing, and a menu that has a bit of everything. Sometimes we try new things on the menu just to see if people like them. If they don’t, we stop making them. It’s pretty straightforward. The staff here is mostly local guys who live nearby. We know the neighborhood well. It gets busy in the evenings when everyone is out for a walk. We just try to keep the orders coming out right. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us busy. If you’re around the shopping complex and need a break, you can stop by. We’re just regular people running a business in Amritsar. Nothing more to it than that. Most days the weather is good enough for people to hang around outside too.
