Beera Chicken House

We've been here on Majitha Road for a long time now. It’s right across from Bhandari Hospital, so there’s always a lot of people moving around outside. Usually, the day starts pretty early with getting everything ready in the kitchen. We spend a lot of time just prepping and making sure things are where they need to be before the first people show up. Amritsar is a busy place, especially this part of town. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic and the horns, but you get used to it after a while. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a place to get some chicken. We see all kinds of folks coming in, some just passing through and others who live right around the corner. We try to keep things simple here. There’s always something to clean or a table to wipe down. On hot days, the kitchen gets really warm, but we just keep going. It's just how things are at Beera Chicken House. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we all know how to work together without saying much. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in the city, just a spot on Majitha Road that people know. It feels good when someone stops by because they saw the sign while walking to the hospital or heading home from work. There is always a lot of work to do, but we are used to the pace of this neighborhood.
