You can find Yellow Cave Restaurant on Zarkawt Main Street in Aizawl. We are right near the traffic point, which is one of the busiest spots in town. Most people in the area know exactly where we are because of the location. We started this place because we wanted a spot where people could get away from the main road for a bit. The interior has a specific look that gave us the idea for the name. It is not a huge space, but we have enough tables for the lunch and dinner crowds. Aizawl can be a bit hilly and tiring to walk around, so people often come in just to rest their legs. We do not do anything too complicated here. We just cook the food and make sure the place stays neat. The staff grew up around here, so we are used to the pace of Zarkawt. Sometimes when the traffic gets really bad outside, you can see the lines of cars from our windows. It is a good place to watch the world go by while you have a meal. We have a lot of students and office workers who stop by during their breaks. We just try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. It is just a regular local restaurant trying to do things the right way. We have been here for a while and plan to stay.
