C Z Restaurant

People usually find us pretty easily because we are right there in the C Zahmingliana Building. Being in Chanmari means there is always a lot of movement outside, especially since we are so close to the Traffic Point in Chandmary. Every morning, we open up the doors and start getting the kitchen ready before the real rush begins. It is a busy spot in Aizawl, and you can hear the cars and people passing by all day long. We have been operating here for some time now, just doing our thing and serving whoever walks in. The staff usually stays busy with the tables, and there is always something that needs cleaning or fixing. It is not a fancy place, just a regular restaurant where we try to keep things moving. Sometimes the weather in Aizawl gets a bit foggy, and the view from the building changes, but the work stays the same. We know most of the people who come in from the neighborhood. It is just a part of life here at the traffic point. We do not spend much time on big plans, we just focus on the daily chores and making sure there is food ready. When the sun goes down, the lights around Chanmari come on, and we start wrapping things up for the night. It is hard work, but it is what we do here in this part of town.
