Silver Moon Restaurant

We opened Silver Moon Restaurant in the Saprawnga Building quite some time ago. It's right there in Chanmari, Aizawl, not too far from the Rural Development Office. Most people around here know where we are because they pass by on their way to work or errands. The building itself is sturdy and has been part of the neighborhood for years. Inside, we just try to keep things tidy and get the cooking done right every morning. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular spot where you can sit down. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit noisy with traffic, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. Our kitchen is usually busy starting from early in the day because there’s always something to prep or clean. We’ve got a small crew of people who have been with us for a bit, and we all just do our jobs. People come in, eat, and go about their day. We don't have big signs or anything too flashy out front. It’s just us in the G-23/B unit. When the weather is nice, you can see the hills from nearby, which is a good sight while working. We don't change much around here unless something breaks and needs fixing. Most of the folks who stop by are locals from around Chanmari or people working in the nearby offices. It’s a simple life running a restaurant in this building.
