Top Chef

If you are walking down Zodin Street in Aizawl, you will find us pretty easily. We are Top Chef and we sit right near the Mizo Hnam Run building. Aizawl is a hilly place so getting around can be a bit of a workout for some people but this street is a good spot to be. We have been here for some time now serving the local folks who live and work in this part of town. It is a simple setup we have going on. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that because we don't think it's necessary. We just focus on the cooking and making sure the kitchen is busy and the food is hot. The weather here in Aizawl 796001 changes a lot so some days it is rainy and quiet and other days the sun is out and everyone is walking past our door. We get a lot of people who work in the nearby offices coming in for their lunch breaks. It feels good to be a part of the Zodin area. We have a few tables and chairs and it gets a bit noisy when it's full but that is just part of the charm. Most of our staff lives nearby so we are all locals here. We don't try to be something we are not. It is just a kitchen where we make food for people who are hungry and need a seat. Sometimes we run out of things early if it's a busy day. That’s just life.
