Davids Kitchen

We don't have any big corporate backing or fancy office. It is just a place where we cook every day. Being on Chanmari Main Street means we see everyone passing by. It is a busy road, but that is common in Chandmary. We have a small crew and we all do a bit of everything. The name on the sign is just Davids Kitchen. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in town. We just want to do our job. The hills of Aizawl make for a nice view when the weather is clear. We keep things simple here. We don't use marketing talk or anything like that. We just focus on the food and the dishes. If you are walking along the street, you can't miss us. We have been here long enough that most people in the neighborhood know our names. We keep the place clean and stay open late most nights. It is a lot of work but we like it. Chandmary is a good place for a kitchen like ours. We just keep going, day after day. Some days it rains a lot here in Aizawl, but the street stays busy.
