Curry Pot Restaurant

Curry Pot Restaurant is located in the Lc Thanga Building on M G Road here in Aizawl. We are quite close to Upper Khatla and the Baptist House. The zip code is 796001. Being in Aizawl, we have some great views of the hills if you look out the right window. It’s a simple place with a few wooden tables and chairs we bought locally. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who grew up around here. We wanted to have a place where we could cook the way we like. M G Road is usually busy, so there’s always something happening outside. We don't do any big promotions or social media stuff. Mostly, it’s just folks from the neighborhood or people working nearby who come in. We keep the menu short so we can make sure everything is fresh. The weather here can be rainy, and on those days, the restaurant feels very cozy. We try to keep the floor dry and the atmosphere quiet. It’s not a fancy establishment, just a local spot for a meal. We’ve had some tough times getting supplies up the hills, but we manage. My sister helps with the serving and I do the cooking. It’s a small life but it’s ours.
