You have to head up to the first floor at 188 Bapu Bazar to find us. Being upstairs means it is a bit quieter than the street level, which is nice when you are trying to count inventory. We focus on supply, so there are always boxes stacked up in the corners. Satisfaction Watch Suppliers has been in this market for a good bit of time. Bapu Bazar is always crowded, so getting stuff delivered up the stairs is always a bit of a workout. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly just shelves and desks and a lot of paper records. We deal with many different types of watches, mostly the ones people wear every day. My brother helps out most days, and we just keep the business running the way our father did. The lighting in the back is a bit dim, but we know where everything is kept. Sometimes we get people coming up here thinking we are a retail shop, and we have to explain we mostly do supply work. It gets dusty with all the cardboard, so we spend a lot of time cleaning. It isn't the most exciting job in the world, but it is steady. We stay busy with the local shops that buy from us. That is basically our whole day, just checking lists and packing things up. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
