Citizen Watch Service

We are located at 35, Kamla Nagar Garden Road, right where the road starts to get a bit busy during the afternoons. Citizen Watch Service is a name we’ve used for a long time now. The shop itself is pretty narrow, so if two or three people come in at once, it starts feeling a bit crowded. I usually have my head down over a magnifying glass for most of the morning. There’s a lot of old watches in the back drawers that people never came back to pick up, and sometimes I just look at them and wonder why. The garden road area is nice because of the trees, but the leaves always end up blowing into the shop doorway. I spend at least ten minutes every day just sweeping the front step. It’s not a big corporate operation or anything like that. It’s just a place where you can get your watch fixed without a lot of fuss. I have a small radio that stays on in the corner, playing mostly local news or some old music while I work on the dials. Some days are slow and I just sit and watch the people walking toward the garden. Other days, I can't even look up because there's a stack of repairs waiting on the shelf. It’s a simple life, but it keeps me busy enough and the neighbors know where to find me when their clocks stop.
