VISART PROJECT LLP

Visart Project LLP is located in the Seawoods Estates NRI Complex, which is a nice, quiet corner of Navi Mumbai right near Palm Beach Marg. We are in unit 35/1002, so it’s more of a home-office setup than a traditional commercial workspace. We like being out here in Nerul because it’s a bit more peaceful than the absolute madness of South Mumbai. Most days, you’ll find us hunched over our computers or having long phone calls with site managers and vendors. We handle various project coordination tasks from here. It’s not a flashy office with a receptionist; it’s just a place where we can focus on the technical details without too many distractions from the outside world. Sometimes we meet at the local cafes in the complex if the office feels too cramped with all our files and drawings. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here at Visart. Everyone just does what needs to be done to keep the projects moving forward on time. We started this because we wanted to have more control over the projects we work on and stay close to the ground. Our days are filled with logistics, checking site progress, and making sure all the paperwork is sorted out properly. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. We just rely on doing the job right and letting the work speak for itself to the people who hire us. It’s a straightforward way of running things, and it suits our style of working just fine.
