We are located right in front of Vandana Talkies on K B Road. If you are in Ambernath West, everyone knows the cinema hall, so finding our office is not hard at all. We are very close to Vinko Naka, which is always busy with rickshaws and people rushing to the station. Our office is a very simple one. We have been here at Laxmikamal Associates for quite some time now. The sound of the movies and the crowds outside are just part of our daily routine. We mostly deal with small apartments and shops in the Ambernath area. It is a growing place, with lots of new constructions popping up on every corner you look at. We try to keep track of which builders are doing good work. Sometimes people come in just to ask for directions because we are near the talkies, and we end up talking about property instead. We do not have any fancy brochures or glossy photos. We just show people what is available on our handwritten list. The office gets a bit dusty with all the traffic on K B Road, so we spend time cleaning the chairs every morning. It is a local business through and through. We know all the other shopkeepers nearby and the guys who run the tea stall. If you are looking for a place in this side of town, we usually know what is going on.
