Our workplace is actually inside Vaibhav Vihar Apartment, right at flat 202. We are in the Kansai Section of Ambernath, near the AMP Gate. It’s a residential area, so it’s quieter than being on a main highway. Working out of an apartment feels more personal. We have our desks set up in what would be the living and dining areas. As architects and interior designers, we are always surrounded by catalogs and material swatches. Fabrics, tiles, and wood grains are everywhere. We spend a lot of time sketching ideas and then putting them into the computer. Ambernath is a bit away from the main Thane city, but it’s a good community. People around here know us. We don't have a big sign outside or a receptionist. Usually, one of us just opens the door when someone knocks. We handle projects for people’s homes and some small shops. It’s about making a space feel right without overcomplicating it. We like the local vibe here. Sometimes the neighbors pop in just to chat. It’s not a high-pressure environment, but we stay busy with the work we have. We just try to do a decent job for anyone who walks through the door at plot 188. Being here for years has given us a real sense of what local folks want in their homes and how they live their lives in this part of Thane.
