Unique Designers & Architects

Our office is located in the Uttung Building, specifically in units 111 and 112 on the first floor. We go by Unique Designers & Architects. Being on B.P.D Road in Vishnu Nagar puts us right in the middle of a lot of activity. The building is easy enough to find if you know the area. We have been here for a bit, and the space works for us. There are two units joined together, so we have enough room for the drafting tables and the computer setups. Vishnu Nagar is a busy spot, and B.P.D Road always has something going on outside. The first floor is convenient because we don't have to wait for the lift most of the time. We just walk up. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on various designs. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, mostly just rolls of paper and samples lying around. The light in the Uttung Building is decent during the day. As Unique Designers & Architects, we spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors on the phone. It’s a standard office setup. Nothing too fancy or polished. We like the location because it’s easy for people to get to from different parts of town. Usually, the office is a bit of a mess with sketches, but that’s just how we work. It’s a honest day’s work here in Vishnu Nagar. We just focus on the tasks we have.
