Ar. Dilip Deshmukh & Associates

Our office is located in the Parijat Building in Thane, specifically in unit 101-A. We have been here for many years, and the building has become quite familiar to us. It is a typical Maharashtra office, nothing too modern or flashy. Inside, you will find Ar. Dilip Deshmukh and the rest of the associates working on various designs. We have rolls of paper everywhere and the desks are usually covered in sketches and notes. Thane is a busy place, and the sounds of the city always come through the windows. We don't spend much money on making the office look perfect because we are usually too busy with the work itself. We have a small group of people who have been with us for a long time. We know how each other works, which makes things easier. Most of our days are spent dealing with the practical side of architecture. We go to sites, talk to the builders, and try to make sure everything is being done according to the plans. It is not always easy, especially with the weather and the traffic, but we manage. We don't use any corporate talk or try to impress people with big words. We just do the job as best as we can. It is a simple operation and we are happy staying right here in the Parijat Building.
