Shilpa Tambe

My name is Shilpa Tambe and I work from my home in New Fulora CHS Ltd. It’s on the 4th floor, B/21, in Shastri Nagar. If you live in Dombivli West, you probably know how the trains and the crowds are at the station, but up here on the 4th floor, it’s a bit more peaceful for me. I’ve been doing this for a while now. It started small and I just kept going from my flat. It’s not a big company with lots of departments or fancy managers. It’s just me managing things. I have my setup in one of the rooms where I can focus on the work. Sometimes the house gets a bit messy with paperwork and files, but that’s just how it is when you work where you live. I grew up around here in the Thane district and I like being close to everything I know. My neighbors are friendly and they know I run my small business from here. I don't really have a fixed schedule, I just work when there is work to be done. It’s a very simple way of doing things.
