Paras Cadd Pvt Ltd is located at 44A 43 Brindavan Society in Thane West. It’s a residential area, so it feels very much like a community here. We work on computer-aided design, which basically means we spend a lot of time staring at screens and drawing lines for engineering projects. It’s technical work, but we try to keep the atmosphere in the office pretty relaxed. We have a few computers that are always humming and some very large monitors. The office is in a quiet part of the society, so we don't get much street noise. This allows us to focus on the blueprints and technical drawings we have to finish. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We are a small group of people who actually enjoy the details of design. Sometimes we have lunch together at the small cafe down the road. We’ve been in Thane West for a while and we like being part of the local business scene. We don't put out a lot of advertisements because our clients usually find us through referrals. It’s better that way because people know what to expect when they walk through the door. We just want to do a solid job on every design and make sure the measurements are correct. It’s simple, steady work that keeps us busy throughout the week and allows us to stay close to home.
