Makhija Associates

You can find us at 32 1014 Vartak Nagar, which is near J K Gram. This is over on Pokhran Road 1 in Thane West. It’s a pretty well-known part of the city, so we don't usually have to give too many directions. Makhija Associates has been in this spot for a while. The building is one of those older residential-style complexes where some of the rooms have been turned into small offices. It’s got a very lived-in feel to it. The stairwell is narrow, and the walls have a few cracks here and there, but it’s home for our business. We’ve got a couple of small rooms where we keep our desks and all our paperwork. It can get a bit noisy when the neighbors are around, but we don’t mind. We keep a regular schedule, coming in early and leaving once the work is finished. There’s a small window that looks out onto the street, so we can see the traffic and the people walking by. It’s a good spot to catch a bit of light in the mornings. We don't have a big team, so it’s usually just a couple of us sitting here. We don't use any fancy systems, just the basic stuff that gets the job done. It’s a practical, local office that fits right into the Thane neighborhood where we have spent many years working together.
