Arch. Vijay Turbadkar & Associates

We are Arch. Vijay Turbadkar & Associates, and you can find us in the Guruprasad Building in 2nd Rabodi, Thane. Thane is a massive city now, but our neighborhood still has a bit of a local, familiar feel to it. Our office is a simple place where we spend most of our waking hours. We have our drawing tables and our computers set up to handle whatever projects come through the door. It is a working office, so there is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints or notes scattered around. We do not have a fancy reception area or anyone to bring you water in a crystal glass. We just have a few people who are good at what they do. We have been in the Guruprasad Building for quite some time, so we know the other tenants and the way the building works. We do not have any slogans or corporate goals that we talk about. We just look at the work that needs to get done today and we do it. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult problems, but we just sit down and figure it out together. It is a very practical way of working. Most of our clients are people from Thane or the surrounding areas who need something specific done without any unnecessary drama or high costs. That is basically who we are.
