Our office is tucked away in the Amrut Jal Housing Society over in Kalwa East. It’s unit B-7, right on Anand Nagar Road. If you know the Ishwar Nagar area, you know it's a pretty active spot in Thane. We’ve been operating out of this space for some time now. It's not a huge office, just a workspace where we sit down and look at designs and talk about projects. Being in Mumbai, things move fast, and we try to keep up with everything on our plate. We have our files stacked up and some computers that have seen better days, but they still work fine for what we need. Usually, there's someone here from morning until the evening. We get a lot of local traffic because of where we are located on the road. Sometimes the building can get a bit quiet in the afternoons, which is when we get most of the actual drawing work done. It’s a local business through and through. We know the neighbors and the shops around the corner. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find us by walking by or through word of mouth from others we have helped. It's a simple arrangement. Arch. Cra Associates is basically just us doing our thing in this corner of Thane. We deal with the usual stuff like site visits and meetings. Nothing too complicated, just honest work. The society is a nice place to have an office, even if the stairs get tiring sometimes.
