AKHDAR ARCHOUSE LLP

You can find us at Flat No. 101 in the Coral No. 1 building. We are located right on Mira Bhayandar Cross Road, which is pretty close to Shivar Garden in Mira Road East. It is a residential building, so our office feels very much like a home. We have set up our drafting tables and computers in what used to be a living room. It makes for a relaxed atmosphere where we can focus on our architecture work. We call ourselves Akhdar Archouse, and we spend a lot of time drawing up plans and talking about building designs. The neighborhood is usually quite lively, especially with the garden nearby, so there is always some noise from the street. We do not have a big corporate sign, just a small one by the door. Most days involve a lot of coffee and staring at blueprints. We like being in Mira Road because it is a growing area and there is always something new being built. Our space is filled with samples of materials and old project files. It is a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We do not go for the polished look; we just want a place where we can be creative and get the drawings finished. If you walk past Shivar Garden, you are basically right there. It is a simple place for people who like building things. We keep the doors open and just work through our list of tasks one by one.
