We’ve been at 244, Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-Iii for a long time now. It’s a busy part of the city, and most days are quite loud with all the big trucks moving around the estate. We just focus on getting our work done here. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a place where we sit and try to keep our files organized. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic gets completely backed up outside our main gate, but that is just how things go in Okhla. We mostly spend our time dealing with shipments and a lot of paperwork. Usha Exim Pvt. Ltd. is basically just us sitting at our desks, talking to people on the phone, and making sure the boxes get where they are supposed to go. There isn't really much to say about the building itself except it has four walls and it keeps the rain off our heads during the monsoon. We usually have our tea around four in the afternoon. That’s when things finally start to quiet down a little bit. We don't do the whole corporate thing with big meetings or presentations. We just talk across the room if we need to get something sorted out. If you ever come by, you will probably see a few of us drinking chai or checking over long lists. It’s a lot of daily work to keep track of everything, but we’re used to it.
