Chawnsan Chef Barbecue And Chinese

We've been here in the Fly Over Market for a bit now. People in Defence Colony usually know where Nirulas is, and we're right near there. It's a busy spot. We handle a lot of barbecue stuff and Chinese food too. It’s not fancy or anything. Just a kitchen where we try to get the flavors right. Some days are busier than others, especially when the main road gets packed with traffic. We just keep the stove going. My cousin helps out sometimes. We don't really do big ads. Mostly it's people walking by or regulars who live nearby in Def Col. The barbecue takes some time to get right, but that's how it is. We have the two shops, 126 and 108. It's a bit of a weird setup but it works for us. We've seen the area change over the years. Some shops close, new ones open. We just stay focused on the food. If you're around the flyover, you'll see us. It gets smoky when the grill is on full blast. We just try to keep things simple and make sure the food is hot. Nothing more to it really. Just a local place doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the delivery guys are everywhere. It’s noisy but that’s Delhi for you. We’re just glad to be part of the neighborhood and keep serving whoever comes through the door. It's just how we live.
