Aka Saka Restaurant

Aka Saka Restaurant is over at 28, Defence Colony Market. If you know the 110024 area, you know the market can get pretty crowded, especially on the weekends. We have been sitting here in this spot for quite a long time. It’s a small place, really. We don’t have a massive dining hall, so things can feel a bit tight when every table is full. But people don't seem to mind much. They just come in for the food and a quick chat. We see a lot of the same faces every week, people who live nearby or work in the shops around the market. Our staff is used to the pace here. We don't use any fancy tech for ordering; it’s mostly just pens and pads. The kitchen is right there, and you can usually hear the sounds of cooking while you wait. We try to keep the place tidy, though the old floor shows its age. It’s just a neighborhood restaurant where you can come as you are. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just cook the food, serve it, and then clean up at the end of the night. It’s a simple way to earn a living in Defence Colony. We’ve seen other shops come and go, but we’re still here, just doing our thing day after day, keeping the kitchen running.
