Breadsmith

Breadsmith is a small shop located at M-25 in the Greater Kailash - 2 Market. This area, known as the M-block market, is usually quite busy with people doing their daily shopping. We focus on making bread and other baked goods right here in this space. Every morning, the smell of the oven starts to fill the air around the shop. It is a small place, so there isn't much room for people to hang around inside for long. We have a counter where the fresh loaves are put out as soon as they are ready. Most of our customers are people who live in the GK-2 neighborhood and walk over to pick up something for their breakfast or tea. We don't use any fancy marketing or have big displays. It is just a simple bakery setup with the flour and the equipment in the back. The staff starts work very early while it is still dark outside to make sure everything is ready by the time the market wakes up. The shop floor is small and we keep things organized so people can get what they need and go. It’s a quiet kind of work compared to the bigger restaurants in the market. We just stick to our routine of baking and selling what we make each day. It's a local neighborhood spot that has been part of the M-block for some time now.
