Balaji Restaurant

This restaurant is located at Shop No 27 in the Khanpur Market. We are on M B Road in the Khanpur area, 110048. It’s a small shop in a very busy market. Balaji Restaurant has been part of this market for some time. There are many other shops around us selling clothes and groceries. People often stop by for a bite while they are out doing their shopping. The space inside is quite tight. We have a few tables and chairs but most people just grab something and go. The kitchen is right there in the back. You can hear the cooking sounds and smell the food as soon as you walk in. M B Road is always noisy with buses and autos going past. We open early to get everything prepped for the day. It’s a lot of work keeping things running in such a small space. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us doing everything from cooking to cleaning up. The market can be a bit chaotic on weekends. We try to keep the service fast so people aren't waiting too long. It’s a very simple setup. We don’t do anything special with the plates or the decor. It’s just a local spot for people who are in the Khanpur neighborhood. We see a lot of the same people every week. It’s a nice feeling to know the regulars. We just keep at it.
