Baba Da Dhaba

We are located at J1/110 in Malviya Nagar, tucked away in the Khirki Extension. It’s a bit of a walk from Select City Walk Mall, but many people find their way to Baba Da Dhaba anyway. Delhi has thousands of dhabas, but we just try to focus on our little corner here. The space isn't huge, but we make sure everyone finds a seat eventually. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls. It’s mostly just the sounds of the kitchen and people talking. We use simple recipes that have been around for ages. Nothing too complicated or modern. Our day starts early with the deliveries coming in. We check everything ourselves to make sure it's okay for the day's cooking. Sometimes the lane outside gets crowded with scooters and cars, but that’s just how Malviya Nagar is. We’ve got a small team of workers who help out with the serving and cleaning. We try to be quick, but when the lunch rush hits, it can take a few extra minutes. Most of our customers are people who live in the extension or work in the nearby shops. We’ve become a regular stop for them. It’s just honest food in a simple setting. If you’re around the mall and want something different from the food court, come find us in the lanes of Khirki. We will be here doing the same thing.
