Diet1st

Living in Delhi, especially around Saket, everything moves so fast and everyone is always rushing. We set up Diet1st in the Plaza area near Select City Walk because we saw people wanted something different to eat. Most spots around here are heavy on the oil and spices which is fine sometimes but not every day. We are located at 110 in the DLF place. It's a small space but we make it work. The staff is just a few of us who care about what goes into the food. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe our meals. It’s just food that won’t make you feel heavy afterward. Being near the mall means we get a lot of shoppers who are tired and just want a quick salad or a juice. We keep the counters clean and try to get orders out fast. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients by the evening if it’s been a busy day. That’s just part of being a local shop I guess. We aren't a big chain with a huge marketing team. It’s just us trying to provide some better options for the people living and working in Saket. The neighborhood is vibrant and we like being a part of the daily routine for the gym goers and office folks around here. It can be noisy with the traffic outside but inside it's usually quiet enough to think. We focus on simple items that don't take forever to prepare.
