You can find us over in Okhla, specifically at Abul Fazal Enclave. We are on the first floor of the C-52/B3 block. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot, but it works well for what we do. We deal in diamond tools, the kind of things people need for cutting and industrial work. It’s a specific niche, so we don't get a ton of random foot traffic, mostly just regulars who know what they are looking for. The space is filled with shelves of different blades and bits. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, but we try to keep it organized enough so we can find things when someone asks. It is just a small team of us here. We spend the day checking stock and talking to customers about which tool works best for their specific machine. We aren't sales people with scripts; we just tell you what we have in the back. Okhla is a busy place with a lot of small businesses like ours, so there is always some noise from the street. We’ve been here for a bit now and have gotten to know the neighborhood. It's not a fancy setup with air conditioning in every corner, but it's where the work gets done. If you need a specific tool for a job, you just come up the stairs and ask. We do our best to help out without making a big production out of it. It’s just us here most days, just working.
