Fio Cook House & Bar

We are situated in the Metro Building, specifically in the Epicuria Mall area of Nehru Place. Since we are at R-1, we see a lot of people coming off the metro or heading into the big offices around here. Nehru Place is always frantic during the day with all the tech shops and businesses. It’s a lot of concrete and glass everywhere you look. Our space is a bit of a break from all that intensity. We have some plants and a layout that feels a little more open than the street. It’s a large place to manage, so we’re always on our feet. The mall environment means we have to follow certain rules about when we can bring in supplies or take out the trash. It’s a bit different from a standalone shop on the street corner. We get a lot of office workers for lunch and then a totally different crowd in the evenings. The staff stays busy keeping the bar area tidy and making sure the kitchen is running smooth. We don't use any fancy scripts for our service. We just talk to people like normal people. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, or the air conditioning is a bit too cold, but we try to adjust it as we go. It’s a busy spot in a busy city. We just do our part to keep things moving for the 110019 crowd every day.
