Rajsons (India)

Rajsons (India) is located at 18 New Khanna Market in Lodhi Colony. This neighborhood is quite different from the busier industrial parts of the city. It’s got a bit more breathing room, but the market itself still gets plenty of visitors. Our shop is one of many in this row, and we’ve been here long enough that the front door has a bit of a squeak we never got around to fixing. Inside, it’s a mix of stock and a small counter where we talk to people. We don't have any flashy displays or professional lighting. It’s just the same lights we’ve had for years. We handle a lot of different things, and the shelves are usually packed tight. Lodhi Colony is a nice place to work because of the trees and the general feel of the area. We have a routine where we open up, sweep the front, and then start going through the orders for the day. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so there’s always a bit of chatter going on. We don’t bother with big advertisements or anything like that. People usually find us because they were already in New Khanna Market for something else. We just try to keep things simple and get the job done without making a big fuss about it. It’s a steady way to live, and we’re happy to be part of the community here at number 18, just doing what we know how to do year after year.
