M. J. Agencies

M. J. Agencies is based out of Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I. Being at B-291 means we are surrounded by factories and warehouses. It’s a gray, gritty part of town, but it’s where the real work happens. The noise of trucks backing up and the smell of exhaust are just part of our daily life. Our office is a simple space with metal desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We act as an agency for various products, which means we are always on the phone or writing down orders. It gets very hot in the summer here, so we have a few fans that just move the warm air around. We don't bother with fancy decor because customers come here for business, not for the view. The industrial area has its own pace, and we’ve learned to live with the traffic jams and the dust. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know the local chai wallahs and the other business owners on our block. There is a lot of back-and-forth with deliveries and stock. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s about managing the flow of goods and making sure the records stay organized. It’s not a job for someone who wants a quiet life, but it suits us just fine.
