Jan Madhyam

Jan Madhyam operates out of B-43 in the Kailash Apartments. We are located right on Lala Lajpat Rai Marg. It’s a busy road, and being in an apartment complex means we are part of a real community. We’ve been here for years, and the space has seen a lot of activity. It’s not your typical office or school building. It feels more like a home that’s been converted to fit what we do. We have different rooms for different activities, and things can get a bit crowded when everyone is here at once. We don't have a big reception desk or a polished lobby. Instead, you just walk in and see people working. We spend our days dealing with the practical side of things. There’s always someone coming in with a question or a bit of news. The noise from the main road is always there in the background, but we don't notice it much anymore. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. We handle everything from the cleaning to the actual work ourselves. It’s a very grounded way to operate. We don't put on airs or try to look like a big corporation. We are just Jan Madhyam, working out of a flat in Kailash Apartments, trying to keep our projects moving forward one day at a time without making a big scene about it.
