Happy Smiles Preparatory School

Our school is located at G 29 and 33 in Lajpat Nagar 2, Delhi 110024. Being a preparatory school, things are quite different here than in a regular office. The rooms are filled with low tables, small chairs, and plenty of toys scattered around. We have painted the walls with some bright colors to make it feel a bit more lively for the little ones. You can hear kids laughing or sometimes crying if they miss their parents in the morning. It is a lot of energy to manage every single day. We spend our time teaching them the basics, like colors, shapes, and how to share with each other. The space isn't huge, but we have managed to create a little play area where they can run around a bit. Lajpat Nagar is a very busy area, so we have to be careful when parents are dropping off and picking up their children because of the traffic. We have cubbies for their bags and water bottles lined up along the wall. It gets a bit chaotic during lunch time with all the tiffins being opened. We are just a local team of people who like working with children and helping them get ready for the bigger schools later on. It is a lot of hard work and can be very noisy, but it is just what we do here in Lajpat Nagar every morning.
