Ess Aar International

We are located at 334 Parkash Mohalla in the East of Kailash area. It’s a residential neighborhood but there are quite a few small offices like ours tucked away here. The street can be narrow, and parking is always a bit of a challenge for anyone coming to see us. We work out of a relatively small space where we manage our international trade business. There are three of us mostly, and we spend a lot of time on the computer or on calls. We have samples of different products scattered around the office, sometimes things we are looking to export and other times things we’ve just received. It’s not very tidy, but we know where everything is. East of Kailash is a good place to be, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors over the years. We usually start the day with a bit of cleaning and then get straight into the emails. There’s a lot of back and forth with shipping companies and customs agents, which can be stressful when there are delays. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just a local business trying to make things work. We take our tea breaks at the corner stall most days. It’s a quiet routine for the most part, except when a big shipment is arriving or leaving. We just do our bit and keep things moving as best as we can, even when the paperwork gets overwhelming.
