Our place is over at X-34 in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-II. It is a gritty part of town where everyone is busy making things. Our building is a simple industrial structure with a wide entrance for loading and unloading. We have our manufacturing setup right here on the premises. It isn't a place where you would come for a luxury shopping experience. It's more of a factory feel with the sound of machinery and the smell of various metals and polishing compounds. We have a small office section where we handle the orders and talk to our suppliers. The lighting is bright and functional so we can see what we are doing with the small parts we handle. Most of our staff have been with us for many years and they live in the surrounding areas. We all eat lunch around the same time and the break room is usually full of chatter. The roads around Okhla can be quite a mess during the monsoon, but we show up anyway. We focus on the production side of things rather than the retail side. We don't have fancy brochures or a glossy storefront. Our focus is entirely on the work happening at the benches. It’s a straightforward business where we value the skills of our workers and the consistency of the output. It’s loud, it’s busy, and it’s how we like it.
