We are situated at 257 in the Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-III. This part of town is always buzzing with activity, and you will see plenty of trucks and workers moving around at all hours. Our building is a standard industrial unit that we have used for our power equipment operations for quite a while. It gets a bit dusty inside because of all the nearby construction and the general nature of the industrial park, but nobody here seems to mind. We have a group of employees who have been with us through thick and thin. They know exactly where every tool and generator part is kept, even if the shelves look a bit cluttered to someone else. We do not really hold formal meetings in big boardrooms; instead, we usually just stand around the equipment and talk about what needs to be fixed. It is a very practical way to spend the day. Most of our work involves generators and large power units, so there is a lot of heavy lifting involved. We keep regular hours, but if a large order needs to be shipped out, we stay until the job is finished. Lunch is often a simple affair with food brought from home or picked up from a local vendor near the estate. We do not bother with fancy brochures or expensive sales pitches. We just make sure the machines are ready to go when they are needed. It is a basic and honest way to run a business.
