The Apple

The Apple is located right here in Narkanda, tucked away at the Tethys Ski Resort area. If you know the way toward Thanedar road, you’ve probably passed by us without thinking much about it. It’s a quiet part of Shimla, especially when the snow starts piling up and things slow down. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the usual mountain stuff, like keeping the paths clear or making sure things stay warm inside. The view outside isn’t something we talk about much because it’s just what we see every day, but the trees are thick and the air stays sharp. People usually find us when they are heading up for skiing or just taking a drive through the hills. We don't have any big signs or anything too flashy. It’s just a standard building that fits into the neighborhood. Usually, the mornings start with the sound of a few cars on the road and the local birds. By the time evening rolls around, it gets pretty still. We’ve seen the seasons change many times from this spot near the resort. Sometimes the road gets blocked, and other times it’s busy with tourists. Either way, we just keep the doors open and go about our business. It is a simple life here in the 171213 zip code area.
