Aagan restaurant

If you are heading towards the Isbt Tutikandi, you’ll find Aagan restaurant right there on the bypass road. Shimla can get quite cold, so we spend a lot of time making sure the place feels okay when you walk in. We’ve been here at 171004 for a bit. Being near the bus stand means we see a lot of people who are just passing through. They are usually tired and looking for a quick bite before their next bus. We keep the stove going most of the day. The view outside is nice, but we are usually too busy in the kitchen to look at it much. We have a few tables and some chairs that have seen better days, but they work fine. We don't do anything too complicated with the menu. It’s just standard food that fills you up. Sometimes the fog gets so thick you can barely see the road, but we stay open. It's a family-run kind of thing. My cousin helps with the orders and I handle the supplies. We buy our vegetables from the local market every morning. It's a lot of walking up and down the hills. People stop by, eat, and head out to catch their transport. We just try to make sure they don't leave hungry. It's a simple life here in Tutikandi. There is no point in making it sound more fancy than it actually is for the people who come here.
