Diamond Bakery & Restaurant

Our bakery and restaurant is located in New Shimla, specifically the B.C.S area. We are right by the bus stop in Shimla East, 171002. It is an easy spot for people waiting for their bus or walking home. We have been here in Shimla for quite a while. The morning starts with the smell of bread and food being cooked. We serve both as a bakery and a place to sit down for a meal. It is a small place but we keep it tidy. The weather in Shimla can be cold, so we try to keep the shop warm for anyone coming in. We see a lot of the same people every day. They stop by for a loaf of bread or a quick bite. We do not have a big corporate team. It is just us and the kitchen staff. We do the baking ourselves and also cook the meals. It gets busy during the lunch hour when the buses are running frequently. We are just a local spot for the community. There is nothing too complicated about how we run things. We open the doors early and stay until the evening. If you are at the Shimla East bus stop, you will see our sign. We are just glad to be part of the neighborhood here. We focus on the everyday work and serving our customers in this part of Shimla.
