Pali Da Dhaba

Our dhaba is situated in Ram Bazar, which is one of the busy parts of Shimla. We are right on the CA - 1 Road, so there’s always people walking by or cars trying to navigate the narrow streets. If you know Shimla, you know that Ram Bazar is a hub of activity. We’ve been here in the market for quite some time, serving up hot food to whoever comes in. It’s a small space, like most shops in this part of town, but we make it work. The atmosphere is loud and lively, especially during the tourist season when the whole town is packed. We don't have any fancy decorations or soft music; it’s just the sound of the kitchen and the people talking. It’s a real dhaba experience, where the food is the main thing. We start early in the morning to get the fires going and stay open until the market starts to close up for the night. The winters can get pretty cold up here in 171001, but the kitchen stays warm. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel, just a place where you can get a full plate of food for a fair price. Most of our customers are locals who work in the bazaar or travelers who wandered off the main Mall Road. You can find us easily if you just ask around Ram Bazar. We’ll be there cooking. It is just life in the hills.
