Yummy Restaurant

Yummy Restaurant is located on H.B. Road in the Kokar area of Ranchi. We are right across the street from Poddar Auto Mart, so if you know where that is, you can find us easily enough. We started this restaurant a few years back because we wanted to have a place of our own. It’s a straightforward setup with some tables and chairs and a kitchen in the back. We aren't trying to win any awards or be the fanciest place in Ranchi. We just want to serve decent food to the people who live and work in Kokar. H.B. Road is a busy one, so there’s always a bit of dust and noise, but once you come inside, it’s a bit calmer. We do all the cooking ourselves and we try to keep the place as clean as we can. Some days are better than others. When the auto mart is busy, we get more people coming over for lunch or a quick snack. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media person. We just rely on the fact that we are here on the main road and easy to see for anyone passing by. Our menu is pretty basic, just the stuff we know how to cook well without any fuss. We don't have any big mission statements or anything. We just open the shutters in the morning, prep the vegetables, and wait for the first customer to walk in. It’s just us doing our best.
